Monica is a Certified Business Project Manager from New York University, a Certified Fashion Stylist from Fashion Image Institute and has a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.  Her more than 20 years of experience in the business world spans a variety of areas, including management, project management, business etiquette, image consulting, social services, technology and training. Her unique blend of experience, strong communication skills, signature style and contagious enthusiasm make her an insightful coach, a delightful and engaging presenter and a passionate trainer.
